With over 25 years’ experience in Property Management within our team, we work with a variety of trusted suppliers to deliver excellent planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive property maintenance for over 20 commercial buildings at Kings Hill.
We offer a personal service, working with landlords to prepare budgets and being proactive in anticipating works required to ensure the buildings are kept to a high standard, and major repairs are anticipated and planned for.
