Emma Supports RBLI Centenary Bike Ride
Our Estate Management Supervisor Emma spent the weekend supporting the Centenary Bike Ride, helping to raise funds for the Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI), a national charity providing crucial support to the armed forces, people living with disabilities and those facing unemployment.
The two-day event saw 100 fundraising cyclists riding a monumental 150 miles from the RBLI’s head office in Aylesford, Kent, to the Menin Gate in Ypres, Belgium.
Emma volunteered as a member of the support team, a crucial role which ensured the smooth running of the event. Having stocked up her car with delicious food and drink, Emma followed the cyclists, providing them with much-needed refreshments at multiple stops along the way.
Kings Hill Management were pleased to also support the event, providing treats and drinks for the participants, who managed to raise a grand total of £35,000 for the deserving charity.
Well done to Emma and everyone who took part in this incredible event!
