Formed by Directors Susan Davies and Lisa Box, Kings Hill Management Ltd were awarded the estate management responsibilities for Kings Hill following a successful tender procurement process by Prologis (Liberty). Both residents of  Kings Hill themselves for over 20 years, Susan and Lisa now run the contract collaboratively alongside the estate’s various maintenance teams and delivery partners, together from their hub at Liberty Square.

Building on the momentum of the KHM delivery in Kent, the team are now also responsible for the iconic Cambridge Biomedical campus – the largest medical research campus in Europe.

Experienced Property and Estate Manager with 30 years’ experience managing Commercial, Industrial, Retail property and 800 acres of estate management at Kings Hill, Cambridge Biomedical Campus and industrial parks around the UK. With a keen interest in sustainable, landscaped environments, Sue was instrumental in making Kings Hill an award-winning community creating a highly desirable place to live, work and play.

A Fellow of ACCA qualifying in 2002, Lisa gained valuable property and estate management experience within her 15 years with Liberty Property Trust UK Ltd. Living in Kings Hill, Lisa knows the importance of providing value for money to the tenants and residents, whist keeping high standards expected within an award-winning development. Our focus at Kings Hill Management is to provide exceptional environments at affordable prices.

Providing financial support to the Finance Director, Zoe is involved in all aspects of finance including budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, assisting with audits and statutory accounts and reconciliations.

Emma has worked in the property and estate industry for over 10 years, the last 5 with Liberty Property Trust UK Ltd and now Kings Hill Management Ltd, looking after the residential, commercial, and retail areas of Kings Hill and the Cambridge Biomedical campus. Prior to this, she worked for the charity RBLI, within their Property Services Division. The charity remains close to her heart, and she is still heavily involved volunteering for them today.

Kelly is the principal contact within Kings Hill Management for all our tenant’s property management needs. Liaising with our main subcontractor, Strata, Kelly ensures all queries and issues are responded to in a timely manner, whilst being present on site to ensure tenants issues and queries receive a prompt response.

Helen’s role within Kings Hill Management is to assist the legal process for the residential estate management company. She liaises with solicitors providing information required for house sales and new builds to ensure residents are set up in our systems and removed once sold correctly. She also assists with credit control and invoicing.

Sandra has a background in financial services and looks after all the supplier payments within Kings Hill Management, setting up new accounts and liaising with suppliers with any queries.
